Our men's health plan is designed to restore energy, focus, and overall well-being.

• What's Included:

  • Testosterone medication (injection or compounded cream up to 200mg)

  • All necessary supplies delivered directly to your home

  • Quarterly visits are required

  • Requires in person initial visit

  • Professionally monitored blood work*

  • Access to high-quality supplements and premier weight loss medications

*Pricing may vary depending on testosterone dosage, administration method, and the addition of HCG. Additional medications (e.g., Tadalafil, Thyroid support) and supplements are available a la carte.

 

Women's Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Our women's health plan is tailored to your unique hormonal needs, helping you find balance and feel your best.

• What's Included:

  • Up to three prescribed bioidentical hormones (e.g., progesterone, testosterone, estradiol)

  • All necessary supplies delivered conveniently to your home

  • Quarterly telehealth follow-up visits

  • Professionally monitored blood work

  • Access to quality supplements and premier weight loss medications

 

*All other medications, sexual health treatments for women, and recommended supplements are available a la carte and will vary based on individual needs.

*A Note on Blood Work: For your convenience, blood work can be processed through your health insurance or paid with a discounted cash price via LabCorp or Quest

We are Partnered with Crystal River Yoga to offer a program that supports you in healthy weight loss.  Our program includes nutrition guidance, macro support, access to supportive environment for exercise, and we will even assist you in preparing a weekly menu for meal prep.
